When you download and install a product it may require a new authorization code for activation. If you have a valid SW subscription contract, you will have received a new authorization code automatically before the product was released. Otherwise, please contact Netcare International Ltd. before downloading the newest version of your SW product. We will instantly send you a new authorization code.
After downloading and installing new protocols fro Call Analyzer, the program may prompt a message with error code 58. This is caused by an incompatibility between the current version of your installation of Call Analyzer and the new protocols. Therefore, please update Call Analyzer to the newest version available on this download page.
Download of Call Analyzer
If you download and install Call Analyzer for the first time you also need to download the setup files and protocols. Please extract the file Complete_protocols.zip to the directory C:\program files\netcare\call analyzer\specification and the file Setup.zip should be extracted to C:\program files\netcare\call analyzer\setup.
First time you run Call Analyzer it will ask for an authorization code. Click OK and you will be given a PCID. This PCID is now available in the clipboard and can be pasted and mailed to email@example.com . We will provide you with your personal authorization code as soon as possible.
